Our love of all things health and wellness is directly tied to our love for Jesus Christ, the master designer of our incredible bodies. There are many ways in which we can improve our health and information overload can cause confusion and added stress. The beauty of the epigenetic hair scan is that it prioritizes what your body needs most based on the last 90 days. Rather than the common misconception that your genetics have control over your lives, recent science shows that your environment and your mindset can change the expression of your genes. We can’t wait to help you and your family optimize your health.
ABOUT THRIVE FAMILY WELLNESS
- Waxhaw, North Carolina -
Samantha and Dustin Naud
Hey Y’all, Sam and Dustin here!
We are integrative health practitioners living in a cute rural town south of Charlotte, North Carolina called Waxhaw. We bounced from the east to west coast five times trying to get closer to family out West but the Carolinas kept calling us home. We love the southern hospitality, the lightnin’ bugs, thunderstorms, the humidity, and the greenery. We consider the outdoors our “natural habitat” and strive to spend much of our time exploring or working in the yard with our six little people and our two chickens. When we aren’t outside you can find us reading or creating something in the kitchen.
BOOK WITH US
Sam’s health journey began in 2014 when she started to notice a persistent, dull pain in her right abdomen. She left many appointments feeling defeated and misunderstood like “it was all in her head.” In 2017 after baby #4, she started experiencing memory loss and several other symptoms that were making day-to-day life extremely challenging. Since then she has worked extremely hard to remove toxins and replenish nutrient deficiencies. Healing takes time but each step brings more hope. She loves people and their stories and is passionate about sharing what she has learned to bless others.
Some of Sam’s favorites include roasted cheese, homemade granola and smoothie bowls, walks along the beach at sunrise, grounding, documenting, hammocks, a nice nap, a refreshing breeze, dates with the husband, and watching the children find joy in creating.
While Dustin’s professional background is in Accounting and Management Consulting, he has always been focused on whole body wellness. Seeing firsthand the stress that is so prevalent in the corporate world has reinforced that there is a better way to live. The mind, body, and spirit are so intertwined and all need to be nurtured in balance. To that end, you can often find Dustin running trails in the early morning, doing yoga, attending local men’s Bible Study groups, and trying to be the best husband and father he can be.
We look forward to helping you on your health journey!
