Growing up in a holistic home, I’ve always been fascinated by alternative methods of healing and the impact of nutrition. Over the years, I've experimented with a variety of health practices, and I believe the foundation to health is loving yourself and eating whole and unprocessed foods.
I believe our bodies are designed to heal when given the proper nutrients and environment. This includes everything from the food we eat to eliminating old beliefs and patterns that cause dis-ease. True healing takes time and consistency, but it’s worth all the effort. I know being on a health journey can feel overwhelming and I love to help clients find doable goals that will over time add up to sustainable habits that give their mind and body a chance to heal.
On a personal note, I’m a homeschool mom of 3 and mother of 5 (my two oldest are living on their own now). I have a bachelor's degree in liberal arts and sciences from Utah State University and an associate degree from Dixie State. I love being with my family, traveling, cooking with my kids, hiking, morning walks, yoga, reading and of course Disneyland.
I’ve lived in Riverside, California for over a decade now. I’m a certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a certified Creation Coach, certified Reiki practitioner, and Emotion Code practitioner. I love helping people heal from the past, create a bright future, and live joyfully in the present.
